Downloaded skyrim mods and everything is gone

I have tried nearly EVERYTHING: reorganizing my mod load order, lowering saves, uninstalling Skyrim (3 - 4 TIMES at this point), and the list goes on. Just as soon as I start to download some mods it decides to do this.
